NBA superstar Taurean Prince was taken into custody at the Miami airport on Thursday night, according to Fox Sports 640 South Florida.

In addition to the Minnesota Timberwolves, Prince has also played in the NBA for the Brooklyn Nets, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Atlanta Hawks.

In 69 regular season games last year, Prince averaged 7.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.0 assists.

Prince, 28, recently completed his sixth NBA season and first with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

He contributed to the Timberwolves' 46-36 record and their first NBA Playoff appearance since the 2018 campaign.

Prince spent the remaining five seasons of his NBA career playing for the Atlanta Hawks, Brooklyn Nets, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Timberwolves.

He played (and started) all 82 of the Hawks' regular-season games in 2018 and scored 14.1 points per contest.

He has an excellent three-point shooting percentage, one of his talents. In addition, he participated in 11 playoff games.
